Can I search for recipes/meals by ingredient?

Yes -- you can search by ingredient. Type the name of a food into the search bar in the "Meals" tab, and you'll find plenty of options to use that ingredient in a recipe to share with your baby.

Can I filter meals by diet type?

If you selected dietary restrictions while setting up your baby's profile during onboarding, meals that don't meet those restrictions won't be displayed during the guided introduction of foods within the "Home" tab. However, dietary restrictions aren't reflected within the "Meals" tab unless you manually apply the "Diet Type" filter -- this is so you have the flexibility to use substitutions for certain ingredients while still being able to access a wider variety of recipes. To filter meals by diet type, click into the "Meals" tab, then select "All Meals." Click the "Sort & Filters" button to apply the dietary filter.
