Can I see the ingredients for the 3-day allergen series ahead of time so I can shop / meal plan?Updated 2 days ago
Unfortunately at this time there is no way to look ahead to future allergen introduction series to see the recipes, though we hope to improve this experience with a future update! To help with meal prepping/shopping, here are the ingredients you will need for each of the 12 allergen series:
Egg:
-large egg
-3 tsp olive oil
-1 ripe mango
-1 15 ½-oz (439-g) can pinto beans
Peanut:
-smooth peanut butter (honey-free)
-1 ripe banana
-1 ripe avocado
-1/2 c (120 ml) instant oatmeal
Cow's Milk:
-plain yogurt
-1 ripe banana
-½ c (120 ml) instant oatmeal
Wheat:
-1 slice wheat bread (honey-free)
-1 ripe avocado
-1 ripe banana
-½ c (120 ml) instant oatmeal
Sesame:
-Tahini (honey-free)
-1 ripe banana
-1 ripe avocado
-½ c (120 ml) instant oatmeal
Soy:
-1 c (240 ml) shelled edamame
-1 tbsp (15 ml) olive oil (optional)
-2 ripe avocado
-1 ripe banana
Fish:
-5-oz (142-g) can boneless salmon (Use salmon packed in oil or water with minimal seasonings)
-1 c (240 ml) garden peas
-1 ripe avocado
-1 sweet potato
Almond:
-smooth almond butter (honey-free)
-1 ripe banana
-1 ripe avocado
-1/2 c (120 ml) instant oatmeal
Cashew:
-smooth cashew butter (honey-free)
-1 ripe banana
-1 ripe avocado
-1/2 c (120 ml) instant oatmeal
Walnut:
-¼ c (60 ml) walnuts (Either whole or chopped walnuts work)
-1 ripe pear
-1 ripe banana
-1 c (240 ml) instant oatmeal
Pecan:
-smooth pecan butter (honey-free) or finely ground pecan
-2 tbsp (30 ml) applesauce, blended beans, mashed vegetable, or porridge
Hazelnut:
-¼ c (60 ml) hazelnuts (Either skin-on or skinned hazelnuts work)
-1 ripe pear
-1 ripe banana
-½ c (120 ml) instant oatmeal
