How does "introduce later" work for allergens?Updated 2 days ago

If you click "introduce later," that allergen gets temporarily hidden and the app will show you the next allergen. If you complete that next allergen, the app will then go back and show you the one you skipped as your next allergen. 

Additionally, if you are not yet "locked," into the next allergen, you can click "introduce later" on that one, as well as on all subsequent allergens, until it circles back to the one you want. 

Reminder: Our pediatric allergist recommends that egg, peanut and dairy (cow’s milk) be introduced before the other allergens, as these three allergens have the strongest evidence of benefits to support early introduction. As such, you cannot delay the introduction of the Big 3 allergens and still leave the Big 3 Path. The only way out of The Big 3 is to mark those 3 allergen series as complete OR log an allergic reaction to them. The app will not let you "delay" the introduction of any of those three until Explore the Rainbow.
