If you are getting error messages while logged in and using the app, and/or your app is crashing there are a few steps to take.
1. First, make sure you are on the latest version of the app (currently version 3.5.10 or higher). You can check by visiting the Apple App Store or Google Play Store to see if an update is available for download.
2. Log out of your account from the profile page.
3. Log back in again by re-entering your email and password.
This acts as an important "reset" for the app and should solve any error messages.
**Some users also find that deleting the app and reinstalling it helps.
