Where can I find the info on introducing allergens in the app?Updated 2 months ago

*If you are on the “New” Version* (“Version: New” or "Your App is Up to Date" appears in your profile when you click the main icon on the homepage)

As you build your meal plan for each skill, the app will suggest an allergen series to introduce, which you can accept, or click "Explore more allergens" to swap for another series. Once you select the allergen series, those introduction meals will be incorporated into your "My Meals" carousel on your "Today" tab.

Allergen introduction is available as part of the guided food introduction journey and is found on the “Today” tab of your app. Allergen Introduction will appear after you make your way through the first Path which is called "First Bites." This will bring you to "The Big 3" Path, which will start introduction of allergens (this one includes the 3 most common allergens: peanut, dairy, and egg), and will continue on in the next path, “Explore the Rainbow.”
