How do I redeem a promotional code?
We're so glad you're considering joining our community! You can redeem a promotional code by clicking the promotional link (within social media, email, or an in-app notification), and this should auto-apply the code. You can also manually enter the code in the box during checkout on solidstarts.com/app after selecting the yearly subscription option.
Note: Discount codes are redeemable via our website only and cannot be used in the Apple or Google app stores.
Can I access a promotional price if I'm already in my free trial period?
Yes! Here's how:
If you started your trial via the Apple App Store / Google Play Store:
- Open your app store, click on your profile, then "Subscriptions" and find Solid Starts. There will be an option to cancel there. The charge doesn't happen until the trial period is complete, so canceling now will mean no charge.
- Wait for your trial period to end. Unfortunately, apps don't let you use a promo code while there's an active trial (even after you cancel, your subscription is still considered active until the end of the trial period).
- After the trial ends, visit solidstarts.com/app and enter the current promotional code there. If the promotion has ended by that time, please contact us and our team can provide further assistance.
If you started your trial via solidstarts.com: please contact our team and we'll be able to adjust your subscription to reflect the promotional price if you're still within your trial.
I signed up for a subscription but a promo code didn't apply

Can I switch from a monthly to a yearly subscription to access a promotion?
Yes! Here's how, based on how you purchased:
If your monthly subscription is via Apple or Google Play:
- Head to your Apple App Store or Google Play Store, click on your profile, then "Subscriptions" and find Solid Starts. There will be an option to cancel your monthly plan.
- Wait for your current monthly access to end (the app store will show the end date). Apps don't let you use a promo code while there's an active subscription -- even after you cancel, it's considered active until the end of the monthly period.
- After your monthly access ends, use the promotional code on solidstarts.com/app. If the promotion has ended, please contact us and our team can help.
