What is a “poop friendly” food in the First Foods Database®?
“Poop friendly” means whether a food has qualities that can help baby poop. To easily see “poop friendly” foods, click the “Sort & Filters” button on the “Foods” tab of your app and select the “Poop Friendly” checkbox.
Can't find a food in the First Foods Database®
We are adding new foods every day! It's a slow process because each food needs to be reviewed by several licensed professionals but we're doing our best to have every single food in the database. Want to log a food not yet in our database? Any food n
