How do I delete my Solid Starts account?Updated 2 days ago

To delete your account, you will need to: 

1. Click the “delete account” option in your profile within your app or on our website. 

2. This will take you to a form on our website where you can enter your email address for deletion. 

Note: Please be aware that deleting your account is an irreversible action, and you will lose access to any purchases made on the website such as guides, bundles, or videos, as well as any logged information from your app account.

In addition, if you have an app subscription associated with the email address that you used for your Solid Starts account, you will not be able to purchase a new subscription in the future with that same email address. 

**Deleting your Solid Starts account will not cancel your app subscription** 

To cancel your subscription, if it was made through the App Store or Google Play Store, you will need to:

1. Open your App Store or Google Play Store.

2. Click on your profile.

3. Navigate to 'Subscriptions.'

4. Find Solid Starts and click on 'cancel subscription.'

If you purchased your subscription directly from the Solid Starts website:

1. Navigate to your profile on the website.

2. Click on 'Subscription'.

3. You will then see an option to cancel your subscription.
