I can’t create an account / getting error message when trying to create an accountUpdated 15 hours ago
This usually occurs when the email address you are using to try to create an account already exists in our system. (The system will not let you create an account for an existing address). As a first troubleshooting step, try logging in with that address, rather than creating a new account.
