If you forgot your password, follow these steps:

1. Click on the “forgot password?” link within the app or website.

2. Enter the email address that you signed up with.

3. Check your email for the reset code. If you still don’t see an email from Solid Starts after 15-20 minutes, remember to check your spam folder.

4. The email will have a code to reset your password. Return to the website or app and enter this code along with the new password you would like.

5. Click the “reset” button.
