I get an error message when I try to log in or I'm not getting the password reset emailUpdated 2 days ago
Error messages upon login:
Error messages upon log in can occur if you are on an older version of the app. To ensure you have the most recent version installed, check your Apple App Store or Google Play Store for updates, or simply delete the app and reinstall it.
Password reset issues:
The most common reason for not receiving a password reset email is requesting the reset with a different email address than the address you signed up with. If you are a paid subscriber, please note that the email address where you received your subscription confirmation email may differ from the email address you used to sign up for the app. If you can't log in, think if you may have signed up with another email address. In any case, remember to check your spam or junk mail folder, as reset emails occasionally end up there.
Can't log in:
If you were previously only using our First Foods Database (the free version of the app), it's possible you never made an account. Updates to the app now require all users, including those on the free version, to have an account. If this is the case for you, you can simply create a new account.
