I signed up for a subscription but the code didn’t applyUpdated 2 hours ago

Agh so sorry about this! The code is intended to be applied via our website app page, so if it was not applied, you likely signed up directly within the app itself (meaning through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your phone). We apologize for the confusion.

If the above is the case, here’s what to do in order to access the promotion:

1. Open your app store, click on your profile, then "Subscriptions" and find Solid Starts. There will be an option to cancel there. The charge does not happen until the trial period is complete, so canceling now will mean no charge. 

2. Wait for your trial period to end. Unfortunately, apps do not let you use a promo code while there is an active trial. (Even after you cancel, your subscription is still considered active until the end of the trial period). 

3. After the trial period ends, you can click the promotional code link to have the discount auto-applied. If the promotion has ended by that time, please contact us and our team can provide further assistance.
