Something isn’t working / Is there a bug?Updated 5 hours ago

We’re so sorry you are experiencing issues with the app. To help you troubleshoot, please try these steps first: 

  1. Log out of the app from your profile page

  2. Delete the app from your phone. (Note: you will not lose any data if you do this)

  3. Reinstall the app from your Apple App Store or Google Play Store. 

If things still aren’t working properly, please send us an email using this form. Please include a detailed explanation of the issue, and if possible, any relevant screenshots/screen recordings, as well as your device model so we can help you as quickly as possible. 

We want to note that in some cases, bugs may be device-specific–particularly for Android phones. In these cases, we appreciate your patience as we do our best to fix these issues and/or make things right. Please feel free to contact us with any questions.
