The most common reason you may not see your website purchases when logged into your account on our website is that you're using an email address different from the one you used during purchase. Unfortunately, the email addresses must match for our system to display your purchases. The email address associated with your order will be the same address that received the order confirmation email. If you find that you've purchased with an email address that is different from the one you're currently logging in with, there's a simple fix:
Step 1: Create a new account on our website using the email address you used to make the purchase.
Step 2: Once the account is created with the purchase email, log in, and your purchases should now be visible.
If you wish to have all purchases organized under one account, please contact us, and we would be happy transfer your purchase to your preferred email address.
