When do I need to cancel to avoid being charged for my next renewal?Updated 16 days ago

All Solid Starts App subscriptions — through Apple, Google Play, or our website — automatically renew unless you cancel before your renewal date. To avoid being charged for the next period, we recommend cancelling a few days ahead of your renewal date rather than waiting until the last minute.

• Apple/iOS: Apple generally requires a cancellation to be made at least 24 hours before your renewal date for it to take effect in time. If you cancel closer to the deadline, Apple may still process the charge.
• Google Play/Android: Google recommends cancelling at least a few hours before your renewal time to be safe.
• Website subscriptions: Cancelling any time before your renewal date through your account page will stop the next charge.
