How do I cancel / delete my subscription?Updated 2 days ago
If you purchased your subscription through Apple or Google Play, your subscription can be managed through your profile within the app or through "My Subscriptions" in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store on your device. We at Solid Starts cannot cancel your subscription for you if you purchased through Apple or Google Play.
If you purchased your subscription directly through our website, you can log into your account on our website and click into the “Subscription” tab to cancel. If you have any trouble, please contact us.

Apple/iOS Users
Solid Starts cannot cancel, refund, or manage subscriptions purchased via the iOS App Store. To cancel through Apple, follow these steps:
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap your name.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Select the subscription.
- Tap Cancel Subscription (you may need to scroll down to find this).
- If you don’t see a Cancel button but see an expiration message in red text, the subscription is already canceled.
Please note: Purchases made through Apple are subject to Apple’s Terms of Service, and Solid Starts cannot process refunds or extensions for these purchases as outlined in our Terms of Service. Visit Apple’s Help & Support page for more details.
Google Play/Android Users
If your subscription was purchased via the Google Play Store, you can cancel it directly:
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Tap your profile icon (top-right corner).
- Select Payments & Subscriptions.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Find and select the subscription you want to cancel.
- Tap Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts.
Website App Purchases
If you purchased your subscription directly from the Solid Starts website:
- Navigate to your account page on our website.
- Click on 'Subscription'.
- You will then see an option to cancel your subscription.
