My subscription is not being recognized on the appUpdated 11 days ago

The most common reason for this error message is because you might be logging in with an email address that is not associated with your subscription. 

Your subscription is purchased on your phone and is "owned" by the email address of your Apple or Google Play account. However, access to the subscription features is associated with the email address used to create the app account, which can be different from your Apple or Google ID. 

This is the same case if you purchased the subscription directly from our website - your purchase address may be different than your app account address.

Please be sure you have the most updated version of the app and then try logging into the app with another email address to see if it will recognize your subscription. If that does not work, please contact us here and we can help you get access.
